DINNER CRUISE

NIGHTS OF LIGHTS DINNER EXPERIENCE

The wondrous beauty of Nights of Lights continues to adorn downtown St. Augustine for just a few more weeks. Until January 31st, over three million lights illuminate the charming city, dripping from historic rooftops and towering oak trees. And the best place to experience the magic is aboard one of our dinner cruises on a private luxury yacht.

Set sail with us after the sun sets for a three-hour charter to take in the final glow of Nights of Lights, all while enjoying a most delicious and memorable four-course feast. St. Augustine Sailing Dinner Cruises add something special to any sailing experience, especially during the Nights of Lights, which is rated one of The Top 10 Holiday Light Displays in the World by National Geographic. Your wish is truly our command, and we pride ourselves on making our nightly dinner cruises a romantic and private excursion to be remembered and cherished.

THE FOOD!

Our delectable food and beverages are crafted by a professional chef and can be customized to your dietary needs and tailored to your every whim. The Nights of Lights Menu includes two hor d’oeuvres, a soup or salad, main course and dessert.

Choose two delectable hor d’oeuvres to start, like white truffle deviled eggs and prosciutto-wrapped figs and melons, or goat cheese stuffed dates with prosciutto and a cheese platter with Spanish accompaniments.

Soups to warm you on a chilly evening on the sea include a Thai curry butternut squash topped with a pumpkin seed brittle, cream of wild mushroom with a truffle oil drizzle, lobster bisque including half a lobster tail (!) or a shrimp and corn chowder.

Salads offered are a sugar pecan and spinach salad, caprese or Caesar with rustic croutons and shaved parmigiana.

Main courses include seared scallops with a local Southern succotash, rosemary-sage pork tenderloin with roasted cauliflower and green olives, a seasonal fresh catch served with potato fennel puree or lamb and vegetable skewers served with artichoke heart and pine nut orzo. And of course, the evening would not be complete without dessert. Choose from a chocolate lava cake, strawberry cheesecake, apricot pistachio tart or the chef’s specialty seasonal creation.

YOU GET THE FRONT ROW SEAT!

You and your loved ones will have a reserved front-row seat on the water to view the St. Augustine bayfront sparkling under the moonlight. The exclusive Nights of Lights three-hour charter includes the fabulous chef-prepared four-course meal as well as hand-selected beer, wine or other beverages. Sip on domestic, imported or local craft beer from the Oldest City and the best of Florida breweries. Or perhaps a glass of Canyon Road house wine, or other whites, roses and sparkling. Hard seltzers and canned cocktails are also available.

Enjoy the beauty of the Nights of Lights on the bayfront for an evening you’ll never forget. For more information, visit our website here.
