We hope our FAQ – frequently asked questions, answers any that you have! We do our best to ensure that your experience on the water is magical and work with you before, during and after to do just that! VENDORS

Can I bring my own vendors, like catering or photographers, on board the vessels?

Due to insurance liability, we only allow preferred vendors to operate on our vessels.  This ensures that all services meet our safety and quality standards, giving you a seamless and enjoyable experience on the water.  If you have a specific vendor in mind that is not already on our approved list, we encourage them to reach out to us to apply for inclusion on  our approved vendor list.  This way, we can work together to ensure they meet the necessary requirements and provide you with the best possible service. 

BEFORE
AVAILABILITY
Reservations must be confirmed in advance. We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests but due to scheduling, it is always best to book at least 24 hours in advance.
OFFERS
Special Offers are subject to boats being available… we cannot guarantee a certain boat.

SHOES
While most of our guests love to go bare foot while on the yacht if you choose to wear shoes….make good choices! (Flip Flops, Rubber Soled Shoes, Non-Skid and Non-Marking are best)
ATTIRE
When it’s hot, it’s hot – so dress sensibly. In the evenings or fall/winter months it can be a bit chilly on the water so bring a light jacket or sweater.

Gratuities for our Captains are greatly appreciated
DIRECTIONS
Your GPS will bring you to the entrance to our marina, Camachee Island. As you enter the property continue straight forward past the guard gate. We are in the fifth building on the right and our office faces the harbor.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your sail.

CANCELLATION FAQ
Cancellation Policy For Day Captain Charters

* within 3 days (72 hours) of the scheduled Captain Sailing Charter date, the deposit is fully refundable
* within 71 hours to 48 hours of the scheduled Captain Sailing Charter date, 50% of the deposit is refundable
* within 47 hours to 25 hours of the scheduled Captain Sailing Charter date, deposit is non-refundable
* within 1 day (24 hours) of the charter date, 100% will be charged.
* If you re-schedule there is a non-refundable $100 fee will be charged at the time of request.

This does not apply to cancellations associated with dangerous weather conditions.

INCLEMENT WEATHER FAQ
In the case of bad weather, (it happens sometimes in Florida) our Crew will contact you and work with you to reschedule.

DURING
SAFETY –
Captains are committed to your safety. There will be a brief safety overview before the launch of any sail/lesson, etc.
RESTROOMS
They are called “heads” on the water and each of our vessels have at least one on-board.
WEATHER
Should there be any high winds/lightning and/or other weather threats the Captain will keep you informed and will advise you if it is safer to return to land.

To find us, set your GPS for our address and you will arrive at the entrance to our marina, Camachee Cove Yacht Harbor on Camachee Island. As you enter the property continue straight forward past the guard gate. We are located in the fifth building on the right facing the harbor.

Office hours are Sunday through Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm, or by appointment. If you have a class or charter scheduled, your Captain will meet you at our office at the scheduled time.
