WHERE IS THE BOAT GOING TO BE?

For a night at the dock, the boat returns to our homeport of Camachee CoveYacht Harbor.“Chamachee Cove is a quiet marina, it’s so peaceful,” says Rose Ann Points, owner and captainat St. Augustine Sailing. “It’s so nice sitting in the cockpit and watching a sunset or sunrise.Thestillness of the water, the calming rhythms of boatsat the dock, it’s almost meditative.”Guests can also arrange an overnight stay away from the dock. “Our staff will secure a mooringnorth of the Bridge of Lions andyou’ll spend the night nestledalong the downtown waterfront,”smilesRose Ann.“Your professional captain will ensure that the boat isset for the evening andretire to their quarters, separate and secluded from your cabin. They’ll monitor the vessel, so allyou need to do isenjoy yourevening!”

WHAT’S THE SETUP?

The layout depends upon which vessel you choose, but each will have a cabin that accommodates two, a salon or common room area, a cockpit for enjoying the fresh air, a restroom with a shower (it’s called a head onboard), and a galley (you may know it as the kitchen), complete with a refrigerator. Three out of our seven vessels have generators; those with generators will have the ability to have air conditioning or heat if you select to be anchored instead of berthed at the marina.

ARE THERE FACILITIES ON BOARD?

All of our vessels have heads, also known as bathrooms, on board. You’ll be able to take a hot shower, brush your teeth and use the facilities just as you would on land. Guests choosing to stay overnight at the dock will have access to the well-maintained marina restrooms if they prefer and the swimming pool.

WHAT DO WE NEED TO BRING?

Pack as if you were spending the night at any hotel. Clothing, toiletries ,electronic devices, snacks, bring what you normally would. We provide crisp bed linens, pillows, warm blankets and fluffy bath towels-everything you need for a comfortable night. “We do advise our guests to avoid roller or hard-sided bags,” recommends Rose Ann. “Soft-sided bags and duffels are easier to store and won’t scuff the decks or walls.

ADD THE ST AUGUSTINE SAILING TOUCH WITH SOME LUXURIOUS EXTRAS!

We offer a multitude of extravagant upgrades to make your night at the sea just as luxurious as a four-star hotel. Guests can add dinner or brunch on board, prepared by a private chef, appetizers, sumptuous charcuterie boards and beverages, like beer, wine and soft drinks. “My favorite enhancement is brunch on board,” reveals Rose Ann. “When brunch is added on to the overnight experience, we’ll leave the dock at 10am for a morning sail. You enjoy the scenery while we prepare and serve brunch. Your private vessel returns to the dock at 12:00 pm for a 12:30 check-out.
