CELEBRATE WITH BRUNCH
Brunch on board is the perfect family experience! St. Augustine Sailing offers two ways to enjoy your late breakfast or early lunch. The shared brunch experience features a two-hour cruise on a 34′ luxury sailing yacht and includes a mimosa and thoughtfully–selected brunch items in a keepsake epicurean box. Although it is a shared experience, each sailor receives individual items to enjoy. If you’re looking to set sail with just your friends and family, groups of four to ten can pamper themselves with a private brunch on one of our yachts. Your meal will be prepared on board by your very own private chef from Eggs Benedict to freshly-made pastries and includes bottomless mimosas.
INTIMATE AND SAVORY SUPPERS
The historic city is a well-known playground for gourmands and St. Augustine Sailing’s Dinner Cruises offer the most unique luxury dining experiences around. Step on board and we’ll wow your party with a selection of delectable bites, hand-crafted by your own personal chef. Passengers can select from hor d’oeuvres like White Truffle Deviled Eggs and Date Stuffed with Goats Cheese and Wrapped in Prosciutto; soups like our Cream of Wild Mushroom and Lobster Bisque; Sugared Pecan and Spinach Salad or Caprese Salad; and main courses like Seared Scallops with Local Southern Succotash or Lamb Skewers with Orzo, Artichoke Hearts, and Pine Nuts. Of course, no meal is complete without something sweet. Indulge in our Strawberry Cheesecake, Apricot and Pistachio Tart, Dolce de Leche Cupcakes or have your chef create a specialty, seasonally–fresh dessert.
LUXURIOUS LIBATIONS
For those guests that want to enjoy perfectly–paired beverages with their meal, St. Augustine Sailing maintains an extensive drinks list. “All but one of our craft beers are regionally–produced with the majority being made in St. Augustine and Jacksonville. We love supporting our local artisans,” says Amberle. She stocks popular domestic and imported brews, seltzers and canned cocktails, as well as an array of wines from rose to sparkling that will suit any palate.

Chef Wes
When not cooking on board a luxury sailing yacht, Wesley Nogueira is the Executive Chef and owner at Khloe’s Kitchen where he serves modern-eclectic inspired cuisine infused with his Filipino-Brazilian roots. Born in Brazil, Wes was raised cooking the traditional dishes of his Filipino mother. He has worked under the likes of Chef Carlos Ramirez and Chef Josh Agan and is a staple of the Jacksonville food scene.
Chef Jay
Chef James Phelan attended the prestigious French Culinary Institute in New York and worked his way through the ranks of fine dining establishments in the Jacksonville area. Realizing his passion lay in sports nutrition, Jay started J. William Culinary, a company that produces healthy, organic, fresh fitness meals for active people. His clients include elite athletes from the NFL, UFC and CrossFit, fitness enthusiasts and busy professionals.
Rose Ann Points
This may be a familiar face! Rose Ann isn’t just a captain, sailing instructor, yacht broker, entrepreneur, mother and wife – she’s also an amazing cook! Her early food years were shaped by her father, who emigrated from the Azores in Portugal. Her culinary acumen continued to grow as Rose Ann traveled the world, gathering friends and local recipes.
