Half-Day Rates (4 hours morning or afternoon), J-Boat/Compac, M-F $115 & W/E $150 Sailors please note once you book a charter: * If you cancel more than 2 weeks in advance of the charter date, 50% is refundable. * If you cancel within 2 weeks of the charter date, there is no refund. * If you re-schedule there is a $50 fee. This does not apply in the case of dangerous weather.

Our boats are available for day sailing during daylight hours in our local waters. Provisions are not included with bareboat charter pricing. Offer subject to boats being available. 24-hour advance confirmation required.

Note that the Compac has a hank-on jib. The J24s are stripped down teaching/racing boats - the bareboater puts on the sails and rigs the lines. The bareboater should be familiar with and able to troubleshoot a small outboard. The bareboater then returns the boat in a condition ready for the next skipper by flaking sails and stowing properly, cleaning off the boat, etc. We can arrange for the boat to be prepped for you or put up for you at an additional cost of $50 for each with pre-arrangement.
These smaller boats are not for offshore bareboating.

Pets are not permitted on the boats... please make other arrangements.

In order to bareboat (you are the skipper) with St. Augustine Sailing, you must fill out and sign the following documents:

Licensed Captains are available for hire to familiarize you with local waters.

St. Augustine Sailing offers a wide variety of ASA sailing courses at our Florida Sailing School, as well as bareboat or captained charters, and memberships aboard new sailboats in our SailTime program.
If formal course work is not necessary in your sailing plans, basic Captain Coaching is available at an additional cost of $50 per hour.
Our moderate climate allows us to sail all year long!
